Born in Leningrad, Elena started her artistic career yet in childhood in a secondary school of arts. In 1979, graduated from the Mukhina's Academy of Arts and Design in Leningrad, Russia (MA).
Taught in a private art studio for over 15 years.
Since 1991, Elena paints and exhibits her work. Since then, she has carried out over 40 solo and group exhibitions, participated in international workshops and seminars, a member of artists’ associations in Russia and Switzerland. Works belong to collections in Russia, Israel, UK, Germany, Switzerland and USA.
Lives and works in St.Petersburg, Russia.
